We offer CI Problem Solving training for teams and individuals in your organisation. Such training equips employees with the skills and mindset necessary to identify inefficiencies, and solve problems and builds upon a creating a CI culture in your organisation.
CI Problem Solving training is a consecutive 2 day course, designed for beginner/intermediate skill levels. The course delves into the history of lean and six sigma, typical issues that can arise in processes, and tackles the 5 phase DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) problem solving structure, which include a range of other problem solving tools.
Following the training, we collaborate with your team to select business related problems for each participant to solve. This hands-on just in time (JIT) coaching approach ensures that learning translates into practical application, driving tangible business improvements. Our coaching sessions, conducted on a one-to-one basis, occur at the conclusion of each DMAIC phase, providing personalised guidance and support to help individuals successfully navigate the problem-solving process.
